Using Office 2000, I have hit a problem.
When I enter a number into a cell, it keeps making it decimal eg 270 becomes 2.70
I have done all the usual formatting cells to accept general numerical with 0 decimal places etc etc etc

I have tried a new sheet
I have rebooted my PC

Help!

Just a possibility, try going to Tools > Options > Edit tab, and making sure to deselect "Fixed decimal".

Any help?
