Split Screens and setting cells on screen

I have a large Excel sheet 30 X 200
I use a split screen format with 4 quadrants.
Is there any way to select the cell that will be in the upper
left corner of each quadrant. I would like to have a
different cell as the starting place(upper left for each quadrant
when I open the sheet.

Instead of using split screen consider opening
3 additional windows on the same worsheet and
"tiling" them (see the Window menu).
