Sizing Background image in a spreadsheet

Trying to size an imported background image in Excel. The image replicates throughout the entire spreadsheet and need to have it keep to a specific range.

Unfortunatley you cannot set the background
image to a selected range.
You can how ever colour the range you dont want
to white if this will help ??
