simple stopwatch??

can anyone tell me how to make a simple stopwatch on a user form, the results wil go into a spreadsheet colA start colB time paused colC stop.
as always thanks for any help, even if it's just a starting point.

Try downloading the Active_Clock file from Aaron Blood's great site at this address...
