Send a worksheet only via email.

I know how to send a workbook. But how do you send a worksheet or selected worksheets only?

As far as I know, the only way to do it is copy the desired sheets to a new workbook and send that. In Excel 2000, you have the option to send the current sheet as the body of the message, but I assume you don't want to do that.
