Saving formulas

I have built a workbook that contains monthly accounting
formulas, I cannot deleted the cell contents without
deleting the formulas.

Is there a way to save the workbook and keep the
formulas intact with no values on the cells.
I need to distribute the workbook for others to use.

Not quite sure what your problem is.

Any formulas that you have will only generate a result when the cells they refer to contain data, otherwise they will display zero.

All you need to do is to clear out any "source data" and then you'll have a workbook with formulas ready and waiting for user input.
