Save individual excel spreadsheet to MS excel workbook

1. Right click on the worksheet tab and choose
Move or Copy...
2. Change the "To book:" selection to "(new book)"
and check the "Create a copy" box.
3. Now save the newly created workbook that contains
the single worksheet copied from the original
workbook.
