Removing duplicate entries Can it be done?

I have a spreadsheets which each contain over 5000 rows of data in three columns.
I would like to be able to remove duplicate entries if the data in all 3 rows is the same

can it be done?

Use Advanced Filter, select copy to, and check the "unique entries only". Leave the criteria range empty.
