Protect Sheet/Workbook

Can anybody explain the difference between Protect Sheet and Protect workbook

Protecting a sheet allows you to control which aspects on one page can be adapted. For example an object (pictures etc) and formulas.

Protecting a workbook allows you to control these aspects on all the sheets (tabs at bottom of screen)in the Excel file
