Problem with Sorting

Here's my problem. I have a range A5:G23. The columns data are as follows: Column A - Project B- Division C- Manager columns D-G have numeric data. I want to sort from descending to ascending order for columns D-G, even though the numbers range from $0 to $5,788,545. How can I do this and then sort all the data in again by division? Help!!!!!!!!

first off, if you don't want the data in columns A-C to change (i.e. you want each line to remain the same when you sort, just switch the entire lines around) then you need to click on the row numbers, highlight however many rows you want to sort, go to data, sort, and select if you want a header row, if not, select what you want to sort by first, then second, etc. also be sure to select how you want it to sort (ascending/descending).
