problem with excel sheet

I have a sheet with on it 20 rows and 4 columns.
i want the sheet so that people only see the part
which i use and for example not row 21 and further and also not column 5 and further

is there something as an end or final end in excel

please help.

Highlight from row 21 to last row (use control arrow keys) and format trow hide. Same wih columns
