problem in printing

Please I need your expertise...

I've just created a form using excel..... My boss wanted to print only the inputted data's, because we already have a pre-printed form. He also insist that the form will be visible from the monitor....

please help........

In your workbook create a new sheet, then pull the data fields from your input form. Build a form button on your master input form, which prints the new sheet with your data pulled from the input form. On your new sheet you can place the data from your input form any way you want. This way your on screen view can stay on the input form even during the print operation. JSW
