printing gridlines on excel worksheet

i have tried the page setup routine by ticking gridlines but with no success, can anyone help.
I need to be able to print all the gridlines on my worksheet. It seems simple enough but it's not working for me.

This may work:
go to Tools - Options - View - Window Options -
Select Gridlines and Select color to Black.

Helen,

Select File > Page Setup > Sheet

then place a tick mark next to 'print gridlines'.
