Print Area not consecutive cells

I have a print area defined as:

C1:E51,I1:O51,Q1:Q51,S1:T51,V1:AB51

When I attempt to print this or print preview this I get cells C1:E51 on one page, I1:O51 on another page; S1:T51 on another page and V1:AB51 on another page. Is there any way to get this so that the whole range will fit to one page wide by one page tall?

Thanks!

Hi

You can do this but you need to have a seperate area on the sheet which will group all the cells you want then print that area. You can also take a snapshot of the data (The camera icon - Go to tools customize to find it) and group the pics together.

One Way is to copy each area of your print range to a different location as a PICTURE. Select the first range and hold down the shift key as you choose the Edit Menu. You will see the Copy Picture Option. Now go to a remote location on your sheet (or a new sheet if you prefer) and once again holding down the shift key choose paste picture from the Edit Menu. Repeat for each range in your print area. The pictures can be moved around and arranged to fit a one page area which you can set as a new print area. They will also update if the original data changes.
