Please Help! Save my hand!!

At work I get an excel spreadsheet emailed to me everyday with up to 100 different addresses listed in the last column. Each address in a different row. For each address I am to make out a UPS label for shipping... This is beginning to cause carpel tunnel in my hand beings that I'm writing them all out by hand!! Is there any way to convert these addresses to labels so that I can just print them out??? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated! Thank you!

A simple method is to put an Alt Enter at each place in the address where a new line is needed (for a mailing format). Then select all the cells and use Format Row Height to set the hight compatable with the labels sheets you use.

Tammy, have you tried a mail merge in Word. You can use an Excel file for your data source (works great, I've done it many times).
