Personal Work Book is gone

I know I must have somehow deleted it, but my Personal
workbook is nowhere to be found. I had one very important
macro that was contained in my personal workbook.

Anyway to salvage it?

i also somehow lost mine the other day, i just recorded another one and selected personnel macro book from the list?? as i say i'm just a novice but it worked for me!!

Have you tried searching for it ???
It may have inadvertently be placed in another
location. default location is ususally;

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\XLStart
BUT it may also be in
C:\WINDOWS\ApplicationData\Microsoft\Excel\XLSTART

Try serching for it via Find

you probably didn't delete - you probably unhid it and then closed it. Should turn up in a Search Files (if Win2K) or a Find Files on your hard drive.
