Page settings for differnet geographies

I am creating reports in Excel 2000 spreadsheets in the U.S. with a page size setting of Letter. When people using these reports in Europe and Asia review the reports and want to print them, they have to change the page paper size to A4. We have given them A4 and Letter buttons on the reports so they don't have to go into the page settings, but we would like to automate this. Does anyone have a good solution to determining the default page size setting for the user's PC and setting the current spreadsheet to that page size? Your input is appreciated.
