Page Orientation & Footers

I am creating a small report and would like to know how do I print a spreadsheet in the landscape orientation, but retain the footer in the portrait orientation ?

Or alternatively is it possible to insert a spreadsheet into word & rotate it 90 degrees, I have not been able to find this function ?

For excel,normally all these functions are in file/page setup... but it is also possible to Hardcoded
