Outdated automatic links

I have a very complicated spreadsheet--over a dozen worksheets for tracking projects. Somewhere in adding new projects to this spreadsheet, a colleague accidentally put in a link rather than pasting by value. Excel knows this and prompts me every time I open it, asking if I want to update the values from the other workbook. Is there a simple way to find out where this link is, so I can sever it?

It could be a named range...
that has been copied by pasting, so look in Insert|Name|Define or the Name Box.
