Opening and formatting

Two things!

1)When you click on File, how can you get the last files open to list more or less files? Mine shows the last four files, I want more!

2) I did up this huge workbook and sent it to coworkers to use. Had it all formatted the way I wanted it, but when some end users opened it, it was "different". For example, one column stayed 3.14, the font, the cell format, everything stayed the same but the text wrapped instead of shrunk to fit. It just doesn't look the same omn my screen as it does someone else's. Why? How come?

Lori,
Not sure about your second one, but it could have to do with screen resolution, or printers.
On the first one, select Options from the Tools menu, click on the General tab. There is a recently used files list bit where you can change it up to 9.
