Open files

When I click on the Open file, it does not open at all.It does not show me all of the files I have. HELP!!!!!

Did you check the files of type box? I know it sounds simple but sometimes we over look the obvious.

When you go to open files a dialog box appears. Sometimes the line at the top refered to as look in is looking in the wrong directory, or sometimes the field at the bottom is looking for the wrong type of file. it should be looking for .xls files or all files.
