my column headers are numbers now!

i have a sheet where both the headers AND the rows are numbers. I'd like the column headings to go back to being letters but have no idea what caused this. Anyone know?

Those column headers can be re-set to be displayed as letters when you click on Tools > Options > General tab, and deselect "R1C1 reference style" in the Settings section.
