multiple search and replace???

Is there a way to do a multiple search and replace? Instead of opening the box up 15 times is there a way to delimit multiple search/replacements with comma separators? ie search for a,b,c,d,e,f,g and replace them (respectively) with 1,2,3,4,5,6,7
