Multiple Rows - back to basics --> nothing techy here

Is there a quicker way of inserting multiple empty rows (a quick key) rather than simply selecting the number of rows that you need to insert then right mouse click->Insert?

Thank you

What I have done is to put the Insert Rows and Insert Columns icons (actually buttons) on my toolbar. If you go to Tools-Customize, then select the Commands tab, select Insert under Categories, the second and third icons (buttons) should say Rows and Columns, respectively. If you just drag those 2 buttons to your toolbar, they will insert rows (or columns) where you have your active cell. You can hit these multiple times to keep inserting rows or columns, or you can select multiple rows or columns, and hit the appropriate button to insert that many rows or columns.

I hope I've explained this well and that it helps you,

Russell
