moving the find button to the toolbar

I use the "find" button a lot in my work. How can I move it to the toolbar, so it is more readily available. I am very new to excel, so explain in little words, please!

I can't answer your question exactly, but the keyboard shortcut to find is Control F. Hope that helps.

Select Customize from the Tools menu. This will bring up a dialog box with three tabs: Toolbars, Commands, and Options. Select the Commands tab. There's a list on this tab called Categories. Select the Edit category. Under commands, you'll see a list of all the commands in the Edit category. Scroll down this list and you should see the Find command. The symbol looks like a pair of binoculars. Click on hold and the symbol, and drag it to where you want it on the toolbar, and let go. Hit Close to exit out of the Customize box. That should do it.
