Moving between multiple worksheets

I have a single spreasheet with 114 worksheets in it.

Is there a quick way to go to the worksheet that I want to work in, without having to use the scroll arrows at the bottom?

You can right click on the sheet tab arrows (to the right of the tabs) and get a list of the worksheets to click on to take you to that sheet.

You could also put in hyperlinks if there are particular sheets that you use a lot.

If you right mouse click on the tab scroll arrows, it will display a list of the worksheets.
