Missing Column and Row Header Labels

I have a spreadsheet which I am usin, where all the Column and Row and Page names have been hidden, ie I cant see the tab bars at the bottom of the shhet with the other sheet name,etc

How do I change this.

Hi Dominic

Go to Tools>Options|View
You will see the check boxes for them all there.
