memorizing print styles & ranges

In my Lotus spreadsheets I have a time saving function under Preview & Page Setup (File menu), whereby I can create and save numerous different reports as different styles. Each named style memorizes the specific range to print in addition to all the other settings. By clicking on the named style I get a ready to print report. How can I accomplish this function in Excel?

In Excel, you can create "custom views" and then print them (big advantage is continuous page numbers) in "report manager."

Hope that helps.

Thanks - can I create custom views with different "set print areas"?

Sure - it's a setting of custom views, along with hidden rows, columns, and filters. In my experience, filters work, but outlines don't. Good luck.
