Making text different colors within a "single cell"

I would like to make a word standout within a single cell by making it a different color (eg:Month of:January)where January would be in "Red" font.

Is this possible?

You can select the word (highlight it) in the Formula Bar at the top of the screen, and then format it as you would a cell.
