lost scrollbar

I mysteriously lost my SCROLLBAR in EXCEL. Please help - the help files in the program are useless. Thank you!

Try Tools->Options

and make sure the scroll bars are ticked

Tools - Options, First Tab, check "Horizontal scrollbar" and "Vertical scrollbar".

click on tools/options then click "VIEW" tab, then make sure horizontal scroll bar & vertical scroll bar are ticked
