keyboard shortcut for auto fill handle

I'm looking for a keyboard shortcut that will do the same thing as double clicking on the fill handle. For example if I have a column with 100 different #'s and in the adjacent column I want to put the same name next to all of the #'s, I usually type in the name, then double click the fill handle and it will copy the name down, but only for the cells that have data in the adjacent column. See (poor) example below:
