Justifying the Scroll Bar

Does anyone know how to reset the scroll bar so that the bar only covers cells in the spreadsheet that are being used? I have several spreadsheets that have the scroll bar taking all 50K cells into account rather than the 250 I'm actually using. It makes the scroll bar unuseable!

You obviously need to reset your Last Cell.
