Iterative calculation with Excel(R)

How can I do iterative calculation with Excel(R)?
Lets say t=t+1 for instance. I'll have to use circular calculation?

If you are doing this in VBA, then that formula will work fine.

Check the Iteration checkbox on the Calculation tab
after choosing the Tools | Options... menu command.
