Inverting spreadsheet

I have constructed a (for me) big and complicated spreadsheet with data and formulas (some with absolute references and others with relative references). I need a way to invert it so that the bottom is the top. When I try to sort on the date field to get this done, the "circular reference" error pops up, and the sheet is mostly messed up.

Is there an easy way to do this without reconstructing the whole thing?

Thanks

Bill

Bill, You may not like my answer, but the way I would do this is to select the entire range, copy it, go to a new sheet, select past special, values, and then sort the data.

Thanks -- not exactly what I was looking for, but it did the trick. Had to copy the formulas for the first row and change some references, but a lot easier than starting over!
