inserting rows

Here lately, I've been doctoring up spreadsheets to make it easier for the bosses here to read.

I sometimes need to insert several blank rows between rows of data. Is there a way to insert more than one row at a time?

Select the number of rows you want to insert, and insert rows (Or hit Control +)

also, if you need to insert in different places (say some at row 4, some at row 15 and a few at row 20) keep CNTRL pressed as you select all three - it will insert all in one go rather than you having to do 3 seperate inserts
