insert a file into a comment field

Is it possible to put a WORD document into a comment field? Or is a comment field limited to only text?

Comments are text only. What are you trying to do? Maybe someone can come up with a workaround solution.

I would like to insert an actual word document into the comment box of a particular cell. Or atleast something similar....
