Importing email text into Excel database

We have created HTML/ASP web based forms that send text information to an email address. What we would like to do is allow our clients to easily transfer the received information to an Excel database without having to simply copy and paste each email. Any input on possible solutions, methods to try?

Have you considered using Microsoft's Text ODBC
driver and Excel's Get External Data command?
