importing a text file that's too long

I have a text file with some 200,000 records, and obviously excel only has 65,000 or so lines per worksheet. If I just import, it will cut off the last 135,000 records. How can I get excel to use another sheet in the same workbook to put records in? So in this example, there'd be three worksheets completely filled, and a fourth one with about 5,000 records. I'm fairly experienced with VB so I don't mind a solution along those lines.
