I'm going crazy

For a couple days now, when I use my keyboard cursor button, my worksheet shifts. Usually, these keys move my "selected cell" cursor around, but not anymore. When I use them now, the selected sell remains the same, but the worksheet scrolls What did I do? How do I undo it?

Check your scroll lock, it is probably on.
