How to trap the "Ctrl+S" shortcut in Macro?

Hi,

I need to trap the "Ctrl + S" shortcut in my macro and
make my own procedure work when the user selects the
"Ctrl+S" option.

I don't want the default dialog box that opens when we
select "Ctrl+s".

Please help me.
