How to restore previous version of file after change and save?

Is there any way in excel to restore a file to its previous content after it was changed and saved?

Eli, I think you're out of luck. If you saved it on a LAN at the office then check with your sys administrator as they probably back it up every night and you may be able to retrieve it from last night's backup. But you'd better be quick!
