How to delete or disable the Save control from the File menu?

I am working on a custom Excel spreadsheet that involves simulations. The program will be distributed to other users and I want people to be able to save their results using the "Save As" control only. I don't want them to able to save over the original excel file I have given them, as the program will become altered. How do temporarily delete the "Save" control from the user's computer and then restore it when they close my file?

customise toolbar

do they need to have access to any of the other menus? what i have done is hidden all the menus and command bars, and then called up my own customised toolbar. Here i added macro buttons and copied over the "save as" command as well.

would this help?

Re: customise toolbar

Thanks for the response. I think that may work, but sounds more difficult for someone like me to do. I am basically learning on the fly and was hoping that there was a couple of lines of code to insert into the "Open Workbook" section of code to disable that single menu control. I am pretty sure the answer is out there, but maybe your solution is better. I will have to think about what makes the most sense for my workbook.

Thanks
