How to automatically open a file when Excel opens

When I open Excel, my Personal.xls spreadsheet opens in the backgound and is hidden.

What I want to know is how to set Excel so that when I open it, it automatically opens a different file.

ie - where is the code/command for opening files automatically when Excel is opened?

Save whatever sheet you want to open with Excel into the XLSTART folder.
Click Start, then find, then type in XLSTART and it will direct you to
the correct location. This folder contains your personal sheet as well.
