How email a worksheet from Excel

Hi,
I'm trying to create a macro that will email various worksheets (ie project1.xls, project2.xls and project3.xls) to 3 different addresses and to CC it to 2 others. Does anyone know whether this is possible. I know how to send the active worksheet to a address but not sure how to do it with different worksheets and addresses.

I am not sure if this helps but i was looking for something else
and stumbled onto this in the past tips section.
