How do I display a list of sheets in a workbook?

This should be a nobrainer for you wizards out there. If I have a workbook with a multitude of sheets, is there a keystroke to display all the sheet names at once? As opposed to scrolling across the tabs until I find the sheet I need? I know this is probably way too simple for this board, but I would appreciate it if you have an answer for it. Thanks!!!

Jim, see it you like using the File Properties
menu command. Consult the "Contents" tab.

try to right-click on the sheet navagation (scroll) buttons in the lower left corner of the screen
