HOW DO I COLOR-CODE THE WORKSHEET TABS?

I am trying to color code the worksheet tabs in a workbook. I know this is possible, does anyone know how?

With the possible exception of using a dry-erase marker, you can't.
However, I hear in the latest version (Excel XP) the feature is finally available.

It is possible with XP you just right click on the tab and select Tab Color
