HOW CAN I CHANGE ALL NEGATIVE NUMBERS TO POSITIVE AND
AT THE SAME TIME CHANGE ALL POSITIVE NUMBERS TO
NEGATIVE.

If you mean that you want to show positive numbers with a negative sign but still have them act as positive, and show negative numbers without a negative sign but still be negative, then custom-format the cells so that the positive and negative formats are switched.
If you mean that you want the actual values changed from positive to negative and vice versa :-
1.Enter -1 in a blank cell
2.Select and copy this cell
3.Select the cells you want to change and PasteSpecial>Values>Multiply
