Ok, so like ,in my sheet, I have all these comments set up on a muliplitude of cells. So like ,they all appear exactly the same, a little up and to the right of the source cell. My question is:

HOW DO YOU MOVE THE COMMENT SO ThAT IT DOESN'T STAY IN THE SAME PLACE FOR EVERY CELL?

your HELP ! ! ! is much appreciated

Jenna, grab it's border and drag it.

You may have to right-click the cell containing
the comment and choose the Edit Comment command
first. : )

This changes the shape, but not the location. I am trying to move it away from the spot where it appears.

Cells too close to the top of the page are having their comments cut off.

Any hints?

Jenna, I should have been more specific. The
border is the hash marked outline of the comment.
When you "grab" this border your cursor changes
to one with arrows pointing outward in 4 directions.
I'm guessing that you're clicking on a re-sizing
handle -- those little white squares.

Also...

...to get the desired results you'll need to
Show Comment. This command is available in the
pop-up dialog with right-click the cell containing
the comment.

You've got to be kidding me. I should have made myself clear. I am not an Office Newbie. I am aware of the resizing handles and cursor changes. And yes, the box does appear when you select "Show COmments" or "Edit Comments"

But I am lookin for a way to change where the comment appears On MouseOver.

The comments can't be constantly displayed on the sheet. That would eat up valuable screen real estate.
