forgetting passwords ..is there any way to retrieve it back??someone..please response

when i save as my file.let say abc.xls...at the save as
dialog box..there is options..i choose the option button
and put down my password to protect my work..the problem
now is i, myself have forgot the password and cannot
open my own file..is there any tips,vb or magic LOL
to solve this problem.thanks in advance

thanks celia but the page is no longer exist..any ideas except by the software coz i live in asia n the software is not available yet in my country..please help me

Why would you not be able to buy the software (via Internet)?
I also live in Asia.
