Font size on tab sheet name

I'm using the Office on NT4, the font size of the neme of the tab sheet is very small. Could you please advise me how to make it bigger.

This is an OS setting
Right click on desktop
select Properties
select appearance tab
select item drop list
select scrollbars

Then increase the size...unfortunately no font
size selection avail....fonts resize according to your scrollbar setting
